Viptela Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for creative and

aggressive prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying customer prospects.

 

This is a fast-paced, high-energy role, so thinking on your feet is a must. You will be responsible for a pipeline of over 100 prospects at any given time, so being organized is critical. You will be responsible for making 50 to 80+ calls per day. The SDR will work side by side with our Enterprise Account Managers throughout the USA to help them engage with potential new customers in their territory.

 

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Prospecting, curating lead lists, cold-calling, and managing a territory.

• Use Salesforce.com and other CRM tools to generate and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities

• Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales quotas.

• Qualification and understanding of end-customer’s needs and requirements

• Professional and expert presentation and demonstration of Viptela’s solutions via

teleconference
