Customer Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • provide technical support to customers worldwide
  • troubleshoot network problems of moderate to high complexity
  • recreate customer problems in lab
  • provide technology/product/solution trainings to customers as required
  • do customer Demos as required
  • support customer POCs
  • support system engineers with technical/solution set ups

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of IP networking experience
  • 3+ years of working knowledge of networking products and solutions
  • extensive knowledge of IP unicast/multicast, network designs, IP VPNs
  • good understanding of security technologies, IPSec, SSL
  • good understanding of server virtualization technologies

Education:

  • BS in CS, EE or equivalent
